Celebrate with dim sum

One of the most popular myths surrounding the origin of dim sum is that it was created by chefs of the Chinese Royal Court many centuries ago, in order to ‘touch the heart’ of Chinese nobility. As the tradition spread, teahouses along the ancient Silk Road would serve tea and light snacks to entice hungry travelers. Ping Pang Pong has been enticing Las Vegans for 17 years and now, with its newly-unveiled interior renovation, there’s yet another reason to visit. Dim sum service is available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, with classic pushcarts offering a selection of more than 80 authentic dishes from provinces throughout China. From 5 p.m. to 3 a.m., diners can enjoy a selection of authentic Chinese dinner entrees.
