Whiskey in the Wilderness

Whiskey in the Wilderness is a primal culinary experience featuring renowned Las Vegas chefs, adventurous whiskey cocktails, butchering demonstrations and fire – all to benefit Opportunity Village.

Chef Justin Kingsley Hall of SLO Boy Food and Lee Flint of Wolfman Events return to the mountain for a dinner focused on open-fire cooking techniques and whiskey cocktails. Confirmed guest chefs include Brian Howard of Sparrow + Wolf, Josh Smith (BARDOT Brasserie), Nicole Brisson (Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group), Christopher Goossen (Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse) Daniel Ontiveros (Bouchon) Daniel Krohmer (Other Mama), Chris Decker (Metro Pizza) and Benoit Cornet (Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits). Prominent mixologists include Matt Graham and Kinson Lau (Herbs & Rye) and Keith Baker (The Sand Dollar Lounge). This charity event takes place Sunday, March 12 on Mt. Charleston.
